THE FOUNDATION

  • Generative A.I. and “Systems Thinking”: Through a deep understanding of company system(s), I analyze user behavioral patterns that allow me to accurately identify user needs, spot weak points, and determine where I can make my biggest impact. This process sets the stage for the meaningful and successful incorporation of generative A.I. features.

 

  • A.I. Editing and Distinguished Design: As an expert in my craft with a discerning and detail-obsessive eye, I can easily distinguish between good and bad A.I.-generated content. This ensures that a product looks, sounds, and behaves in a delightfully human way and connects with users on a deeper level.

 

  • Woven Fundamentals: My professional history helps me effortlessly connect the values of businesses, their users, and product strategy. A.I. helps me rapidly analyze my insights, test ideas, and design personalized journeys, while paving the way for smarter decisions, faster iteration, and a truly brighter journey.

  • Ethics and Empathy: I believe that each step of a user’s journey should be grounded in an understanding of the ways that A.I. impacts users. Ethically sound A.I. respects user privacy, understands biases, and supports mental wellness  - all fundamental components of my design philosophy.

It’s not my enthusiasm for A.I., but my passion for behavioral psychology, research-backed insights, and creative expression that allows me to design thoughtful journeys that users interpret as natural, beautiful, and impactful.

  • What Users See: Beautiful, purposeful, and easy to navigate - these attributes are crucial to a fulfilling journey, digital or not. Unfortunately, any hint of inauthenticity or inconsistency can destroy the emotional connection between a product and its users. I ensure that everything a user sees exudes trustworthiness and the unmistakable creative power of the human spirit.
     

  • What Uses Hear: When it comes to content strategy, I believe that every word must embody perfect tone and clarity, while matching a brand’s unique voice and empathically connecting with the heart of the user. I ensure that generated content fulfills these expectations, while also utilizing A.I. to identify confusing language and explore variations that sometimes exceed my own limitations.
     

  • How Users Feel: My designs incorporate thoughtful touchpoints, elegant interactions, and carefully placed animations that reduce the user's anxiety, build trust, and leave an enlightened impact. My A.I. toolkit allows me to quickly validate and enhance my decisions, while designing content that fulfills my pixel-perfect standards without compromising considerations of equity and diversity.
